The Built X Zero mobile message service is operated by Built X Zero (“Built X Zero,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to receive text messages from Built X Zero, you agree to these Mobile Terms of Service.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

When you provide your mobile number and consent to receive text messages, Built X Zero may send you recurring promotional and informational messages. Messages may include program announcements, product launches, event information, special offers, reminders, community updates, cart reminders, and other marketing communications related to Built X Zero.

CONSENT TO RECEIVE MESSAGES

By opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Built X Zero at the mobile number you provided. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology.

Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

MESSAGE FREQUENCY

Message frequency varies depending on your activity, purchases, program participation, and current Built X Zero campaigns.

MESSAGE AND DATA RATES

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for information about your text messaging and data plan.

HOW TO OPT OUT

You may cancel the mobile message service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from Built X Zero.

You may also use another reasonable method to communicate that you no longer wish to receive text messages. After submitting an opt-out request, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No additional marketing text messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

If you subscribe to another Built X Zero mobile program, you may need to opt out of that program separately.
